The Hoke County Democratic Party Convention will move to a digital platform this year.
The decision was due to the “unprecedented times” and in accordance with guidelines from the North Carolina Democratic Party, the CDC and Gov. Roy Cooper.
“The well-being of our delegates and the public at large is our highest priority, because of this in-person conventions are no longer tenable,” the party said in an announcement.
The Hoke County Democratic Party Convention will now be held April 25 from 12-2 p.m. Contact Chairman William Hollingsworth at (910) 494-8054 or the NCDP at email@example.com for more information.
