Hoke County Commissioners have just voted to send out a request for qualifications to companies that could design and build a new courthouse and a new county administrative building. The board is also voting to hire a lobbying firm to represent the county in Raleigh in an attempt to secure more state funding for the county’s multiple proposed construction projects.
