Public Notice by the City of Raeford- Amended 3/25/20

 

Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, the closure of City facilities will be extended until April 24, 2020. City staff will remain on the job to answer calls and perform essential functions. If you need assistance please call 910-875-8161 to speak with a customer representative.

 

During the “State of Emergency” status the City will not disconnect utility service or assess penalties for late payment. However, all balances due will have to be paid. There will be no waiver of normal billing amounts.

 

1.   Customers are encouraged to pay utility bills in one of the following manners:

 

a.    on-line at raefordnc.mygovhub.com

 

b.   setup automatic draft with your financial institution

 

c.     check/money order and place in the drop box at the front entrance of City Hall.

 

2.   Tax payments should be placed in the drop box at City Hall.

 

3.   For permitting and inspections call Felecia Locklear at 910-875-5031. Inspections will be limited
